The United Cutlery M48 Double Headed Infantry Hawk, also known as the UC3429, is a tactical tool that is part of a new series from United Cutlery. It is an upgraded version of the classic M48 Tomahawk design, with double the cutting and chopping power. The head of the tomahawk is made of cast stainless steel with a black oxide coating and satin finish, featuring a 7.7" double-hawk design with a 3.33" razor-sharp blade edge on each side. The handle is made of rugged fiberglass reinforced material with heavy texturing for a secure grip, and is attached to the head with three heavy-duty bolts. The overall length of the tomahawk is 15.75" and it comes with a tough Vortec and nylon blade sheath for easy carrying. The blade measures 3.5" in length and has a flat grind and two-tone finish. The handle is 12" long and made of FRG material with a thickness of .933". The sheath is made of black leather and the tomahawk weighs 1.65 Ibs. It is made in China.

The rugged fiberglass reinforced handle has custom, heavy texturing for a slip-free grip and is secured to the head by three heavy-duty bolts. The 15.75" overall double-hawk slips into a tough, Vortec and nylon blade sheath, which features a belt frog design for ease of carry.
